SAN JUAN – Juanita G. Jasso, 83, passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Justo and Victoria Gomez; and a brother, Jose Gomez.
Mrs. Jasso is survived by her husband, Jose Angel Jasso; two children, Jose Angel (Paulina) Jasso Jr. and Victoria (Rogelio) Garza; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; four brothers, Jesus Gomez, Gabriel Gomez, Justo Gomez, Jr., Telesforo Gomez; four sisters, Maria Alicia Martinez, Flora Vela, Frances Gomez, Gloria Martinez.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 9 a.m. Thursday, September 16, 2021, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish in San Juan. Interment will follow at Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery in Mission.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
