JOSEPH BENEDICT BARRIENTOS

EDINBURG - Joseph Benedict Barrientos, 32, passed away Saturday, December 14, 2024, in Vernon, Texas.  

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Antonio Lopez. 

Joseph is survived by his cherished daughter, Jaslynn Deeann Barrientos; his devoted parents, Salome and Blanca Barrientos; and his loving siblings, Samuel Jose (Audrey) Barrientos, Charles Edward (Kenia) Barrientos, Mark Anthony (Alyssa) Barrientos, John Paul (Samantha) Barrientos, Blanca Yesenia (Jose Gutierrez) Barrientos, Kimberly Yasmine (Roy Miranda) Barrientos, Roger Ysmael Barrientos, Johnathan Lee (Sarah) Barrientos, Michael Jordan (America) Barrientos, Javier Barrientos; he also leaves behind his lifelong best friends, Jorge (Carmen) Zuniga and Chris Zuniga; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family who will forever treasure his memory. 

Visitation will be begin at 5 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary Friday, January 3, 2024, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. 

Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
