MARIANO JURADO
EDINBURG – Mariano Juarado, 81, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, July 14, 2010, at his residence in Edinburg surrounded by his family.
Born in Gomez Palacios, Durango, Mexico, Mr. Juarado had lived in Edinburg since 1993.He served as Deacon of Catholic Church for 21 years.
Mr. Juarado is survived by his wife, Maria Teodora Jurado of Edinburg; nine sons, Mariano (Kathryn) Juardo Jr. of Minnesota, Juan Luis (Veronica) Jurado of Washington, Roberto (Frances) Carrera of Edinburg, Eloy (Maria del Regfugio) Rivera of Pharr, Frank (Cecilia) Jurado of San Antonio, Mario Eduardo (Yolanda) Jurado of Alamo, David Jurado of San Juan, Daniel Jurado of Edinburg and Robert Jurado of San Juan; five daughters, Mary Esther (Francisco De Hoyos) De Hoyos of Weslaco, Criselda (Aaron) Broyels of Cincinnati, Ohio, Tina (Bill) Nolan of Pharr, Mary Esther (Mario) Villarreal and Lucy (Lazaro) Mata; a sister, Alejandra (Mauro) Lopez and a brother, Fernando (Manuela) Hernandez Reyes.
He was a great father, grandfather and friend whom will be greatly missed.
A rosary was held at 7 p.m. Thursday, July 15, 2010, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 East Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. today, July 15, 2010, at Santa Teresa Catholic Church in Faysville, Texas. Cremation will be at a later date.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
