EDINBURG - Evelia F. Leal, 84, died, Sunday, August 9, 2020, at McAllen Medical Center.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Ponciano Leal.
Mrs. Leal is survived by her children, Araceli (Elijardo) Munguia, Ponciano Leal, Jr., Joel Martin Leal, Manuel Leal; 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; four sisters, Maria De Los Angeles Diaz De Leon, Maria Guadalupe Trevino, Maria Concepcion Trevino, Maria Del Rosario Garza; and a brother, Manuel Flores.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. with a 1 p.m. Chapel Service, Saturday, August 15, 2020, at Memorial Funeral Home 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
