CRISTINA F. DE LEON
ALAMO - Cristina F. De Leon, 87, died Monday, November 15, 2010, at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen.
Born in Sinton, Texas, Mrs. De Leon had lived in Alamo all of her life and was a member of Resurrection Catholic Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Narciso De Leon; two sisters, Gregoria Baldazo and Maria F. Lopez; and a brother, Humberto Morales.
Mrs. De Leon is survived by six children, Alicia (Ricardo) Campos, Rogelio De Leon, Graciela De Leon, all of Alamo, Daniel (Yolanda) De Leon, of McAllen, Cristela (Amadeo) Cano, of Pharr, Eduardo De Leon, of Kenedy, Texas; 13 grandchildren, Ricardo Jr., Gabriel, Randy, Danny, David, Deborah, Amadeo III, Sonia, Alyssa, Ariana, Rogelio II, Rafael and Rodolfo; nine great-grandchildren; four sisters, Catalina Alba, of Woodland, California, Gloria Gonzalez, of Miami, Florida, Agripina Jimenez, of Visalia, California, Viola Rivera, of Alamo; and a brother, Jorge Manuel Moralez, of Kansas City, Missouri.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 pm, with a 7 pm rosary Thursday, November 18, 2010, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will be at 2 pm Friday, November 19, 2010, at Resurrection Catholic Church in Alamo. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Alamo.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
