ROBERTO R. LONGORIA
PHARR - Roberto R. Longoria, 56, died Monday, August 24, 2009 at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen.
Born in Pharr, Mr. Longoria had lived there all of his life and was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church in Pharr.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ramiro and Enriqueta Longoria; a brother, Rigoberto Longoria; and a sister, Elda Longoria.
Mr. Longoria is survived by two brothers, Ramiro (Ana) Longoria, Jr. of Edinburg and Ricardo (Olivia) Longoria of Pharr; two sisters, Enriqueta (Andres) Vela and Evelia (Raul) Maravilla, both of San Juan; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary, today, August 26, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will be at 9 a.m., Thursday, August 27, 2009 at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Pharr. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
