JOSE MARIO LOPEZ ANGLETON, TX — Jose Mario Lopez, 64, died Friday, May 17, 2013, at Kindred Hospital Clear Lake in Webster, TX. Mr. Lopez was born in Pharr, and had lived in Angleton, TX most of his life. He is preceded in death by his parents, Wilfredo and Josefina Lopez. Jose is survived by his wife, Delia Lopez, of Angleton, TX; four children, Natalia (Alex) Comple, Mario (Margarita) Lopez, both of Edinburg, Michael Lopez of Bellingham, Washington, Mark (Allison) Lopez, of West Columbia, and numerous grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. prayer service today, May 21, 2013, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 9 a.m. Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery in Mission. Military honors will be conducted by American Legion Post 93 of Mission. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
