JUAN YSIDRO "CHIRIN" LOPEZ EDINBURG - Juan Ysidro "Chirin" Lopez, 91, died Sunday, September 15, 2012, at Edinburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Los Fresnos, Mr. Lopez had lived in Edinburg since 1972, and was a Member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Juan is preceded in death by his parents, Amado and Beatriz Lopez. He is survived by his wife, Maria C. Lopez of Edinburg; daughter, Maria Luisa Guerrero of Graceland, Louisiana; two sons, Juan Lopez of Abilene, TX and Arnulfo Lopez of Washington; three grandchildren; two brothers; two sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 6 to 9 pm with a 7 pm rosary, today, September 17, 2012 at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 18, 2012, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
