LUCIANO GARCIA
SAN JUAN- Luciano Garcia, 84, died Thursday, January 25, 2024, in Weslaco.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Maria C. Garcia; his parents, Pedro and Patrocinia Garcia; a son, Jose G. Garcia and two brothers-in-law, Baldo Garcia and Tomas Garcia.
Mr. Garcia is survived by his two children, Maribel (Ruben) De La Cruz, Manuel Arturo (Lili) Garcia; a daughter-in-law, Nereida (+Jose G. Garcia) Garcia; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; five in laws, Emma (+Humberto) Solis, Benjamin (Maria) Garcia, Horacio (Melida) Garcia, Josefina (Armando) Moreno, Manuel (Nena) Garcia and numerous cousins.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., with a 6 p.m. Rosary Sunday, January 28, 2024, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Monday, January 29, 2024, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish in San Juan. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
