EDINBURG - Delfina A. Luna, 76, died Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at Arbor View Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Edinburg.
Born in Pharr, Mrs. Luna had lived in Edinburg all of her life.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Esteban Luna; her parents, Manuel and Maria Arebalo; four brothers, Luis, Ruperto, Maunel Jr., and Rogelio Arebalo; and a sister, Eustolia Tijerina.
Mrs. Luna is survived by four children, Ofelia (Eradio Jr.) Molina, Raul Luna, Rene (Berta) Luna, and Noelia Luna, all of Edinburg; eight grandchildren, Eddie Molina III, Raul Leonel Luna, Melissa Ann Garza, Lauralee Guzman, Marylou Luna, Erica Luna, Roland Reyna and Jake Guerra; eight great-grandchildren; four sisters; Manuela Martinez, Francisca Vela, San Juanita Arebalo, Hortencia Galindo; and a brother, Reyes Arebalo.
Pallbearers will be Eddie Molina III, Raul Leonel Luna, Roland Reyna, Jake Guerra,
Marcos Martinez, and Alcadio Luna.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, today, June 30, 2011 at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 East Canton In Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Friday, July 1, 2011 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
