ELOISA V. MANCHA McALLEN — Eloisa V. Mancha, 68, died Saturday, September 14, 2013, at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen. Mrs. Mancha was born in McAllen and had lived there most of her life. She is preceded in death by her husband, Guadalupe Mancha, Jr.; her parents, Esperanza and Israel Vasquez; and a brother, Israel Vasquez, Jr. She is survived by two daughters, Janie (Winston) Dalcour and Hope Mancha, both of McAllen; two sons, Ricardo Oscar (Andrea) Mancha of Houston, Texas and Mark Anthony Mancha of McAllen; eight grandchildren, Alex and Jeremy Dalcour, Ethan Eli Villarreal, Brandon Lee Garza, Lacey Pink, Matthew, Michael and Josh Mancha; a great-grandchild, Jayden Mancha; and her ex-daughter in law and friend of 24 years, Norma L. Garcia. Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, today, September 16, 2013, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 17, 2013, at Iglesia Del Valle Santa Pentecostes in San Juan. Interment will follow at La Piedad Cemetery in McAllen. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
