SAN JUAN- Maria Caridad, 83, died Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at Edinburg Regional Medical Center.
she is preceded in death by her parents, Pablo and Tomasa Garcia; a son, Jose G. Garcia; two brothers, Tomas and Baldo Garcia.
Mrs. Garcia is survived by her husband, Luciano Garcia; two children, Maribel (Ruben) De La Cruz, Manuel (Lili) Arturo Garcia; Daughter-in-law, Nereida (+Jose G. Garcia) Garcia; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; five siblings, Emma (+Humberto) Solis, Horacio (Melida) Garcia, Josefina (Armando) Moreno, Manuel (Nena) Garcia, Benjamin (Maria) Garcia.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., with a 6 p.m. Rosary Thursday, January 25, 2024, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 11:30 a.m. Friday, January 26, 2024, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish in San Juan. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
