Martin De La Cruz Medina

MARTIN DE LA CRUZ MEDINA PALMVIEW — Martin De La Cruz Medina, 35, went to be with our Lord Monday, February 2, 2015, at Mission Regional Medical Center. Born in Columbia City, Indiana, Mr. Medina lived in Palmview most of his life. He is survived by his parents, Jose and Frances Medina; three siblings, Diana (Juan) Martinez, Jose J. (Laura) Medina, Denise (Rafael) Alvarez; two nephews, Andre Damian and Martin Alejandro Alvarez; and two nieces, Andrea and Gabriela Medina, all of Palmview. Martin will be missed by his family, friends, fraternity brothers and his girlfriend, Margaret Garza. “Give expecting nothing thereof” Phi Kappa Theta, UT Austin. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a 2 p.m. prayer service Wednesday, February 4, 2015, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Graveside service will follow at Lord and I Cemetery in Palmview. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
