EDINBURG – Genevieve Mendoza, 74, passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Patrick Mendoza Jr.; parents, Francisco Luna and Aurora Lopez Luna.
Mrs. Mendoza is survived by her two sons, Joseph Patrick Mendoza III, Erik Mendoza; four grandchildren, Cayleb Mendoza, Makena Mendoza, Leah Mendoza, Kaydence Mendoza; four siblings, Francisco Luna Jr., Eduardo Luna, Bertha “Birdy” Vela, and Sylvia Trejo (Arteaga).
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. prayer service Saturday, December 10, 2022, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
