EDINBURG - Antonia Meza, 91, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2022, at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Nicolas Jimenez and Concepcion Madrigal; grandmother, Inocencia Sanchez; three siblings, Maria Jimenez, Refugio Jimenez, Angel Jimenez; and an aunt, Maria (Agustin) Madrigal.
Mrs. Meza is survived by her husband, Alfredo Meza; six children, Alfredo (Rebecca) Meza Jr., Maria Antonia (Longino) Luevano, Jorge (Isela) Meza, Filemon (Miriam) Meza, Jose Francisco Meza, Gonzalo (Dalia) Meza; 12 grandchildren; two siblings, Jesus Jimenez and Gabriela Maldonado.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary Sunday, December 11, 2022, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Monday, December 12, 2022, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
