EDINBURG – Pablo Jacobo "Jake" Morin, 25, passed away, Friday, August 19, 2016, at his residence in Edinburg.
Born in Harlingen, Jake lived in Edinburg most of his life. He joined the military forces and as a proud marine served a tour in Afghanistan.
He is preceded in death by his, paternal grandparents, Pablo Morin, Sr. and Consuelo Ramos Morin.
Jake is survived by a daughter, Bailey Madison Morin of Weslaco; his mother, Lupita (Oscar E.) Garcia of Edinburg; his father, Pablo Morin, Jr. of Weslaco; three siblings, Miranda Ann (Omar) Torres, Rosendo Roel Morin both of Edinburg, Monique "Nikki" San Miguel of McAllen; maternal grandparents, Ramon Flores, Jr. and Maria De Lourdes Flores.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. prayer service today, August 23, 2016, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at -10 a.m. Wednesday, August 24, 2016, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
