PABLO MUNOZ McALLEN – Pablo Munoz, 76, died Monday, November 19, 2012, at Mission Regional Medical Center. Born in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, Mr. Munoz had lived in McAllen for 20 years and was formerly of Illinois. He was the owner of PACA Development in McAllen. He is preceded in death by a brother, Basilio Munoz; a sister, Henriqueta Rangel; and his parents, Basilio and Tomasita Munoz. Mr. Munoz is survived by his wife of 43 years, Carol Munoz, of McAllen; two children, Diana Munoz, of McAllen, Tony Munoz, of San Jose, California; a grandson, Ethan Munoz; and six siblings, Inez Acevedo, of Pasadena, Texas, Dolores Torres, Jose Munoz, Juan Munoz, all of San Juan, Maria De Jesus Garcia, of Houston, Texas, Zeferino Munoz, of Mission. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 21, 2012, followed by a 2 p.m. funeral service at Memorial Funeral Home, 311 East Expressway 83,in San Juan. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
