EVERARDO OCHOA EDINBURG – Everardo Ochoa, 65, passed away Monday, July 6, 2015, at Doctor’s Hospital at Renaissance. Born in Mexico, Mr. Ochoa had lived in Edinburg most of his life. He is preceded in death by his son, Hector Eduardo Ochoa; and his parents, Eduardo Ochoa and Laurentina Valdez. Mr. Ochoa is survived by his wife, Isabel Ochoa; three children, Everardo Ochoa, Jr., Edna (Roel Guajardo) Ochoa, Edelmiro (Laura) Ochoa; three grandchildren; four brothers, Heriberto, Eleazar, Hector, Edmundo Ochoa; and two sisters, Enriqueta Cano and Maria Garza. Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary today, July 7, 2015, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 3 p.m. Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
