SAN JUAN – Silvia Ochoa, 48, died Saturday, February 4, 2017, at McAllen Medical Center.
Silvia was born in Donna, and had lived in San Juan for the past 22 years.
She is preceded in death by her father, Rosalio Castrellon; and a sister, Maria Elena Rojas.
Silvia is survived by her husband, Ruben Ochoa; a son, Francisco R. Ochoa; a daughter, Natalie Ochoa; her mother, Nieves Castrellon; and six siblings, Maria Luisa Duran, Jose Luis Castrellon, Maria Guadalupe Castrellon, Armando Castrellon, Irene Castillo, Jesus Castrellon.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. prayer service today, February 7, 2017, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 8, 2017, at Aposento Alto in San Juan. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
