RAMONA PATTERSON
EDINBURG – Ramona Patterson, 84, died Saturday, September 10, 2016, at Edinburg Regional Medical Center in Edinburg.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Walter C. Patterson; her parents, Otilia and Leandro Galaviz; two sisters, Sofia Galaviz and Elodia Galaviz.
Mrs. Patterson is survived by four children, Armando (Joycelyn F. Mozon) Villa of McAllen, Walter (Priscilla) Patterson, James (Dora) Patterson, Mary Lou Patterson, all of Edinburg; 11 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Adolfo (Socorro) Galaviz of Arlington, TX, Ventura (Lionsa) Galaviz of Durango, MX.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. Tuesday today, September 13, 2016, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 14, 2016, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
