LUCIANO PERALTA, SR.
EDINBURG – Luciano Peralta, Sr., 85, died Saturday, September 17, 2016, at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg.
Born in Progreso, TX, Mr. Peralta had lived in San Manuel most of his life.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Miguel Peralta and Amada Peralta.
Mr. Peralta is survived by his wife, Carmen Peralta; two sons, Luciano (Angelica) Peralta, Jr. and Rolando Javier Peralta; three daughters, Elda Esther Peralta, Maricruz (Rafael) Posada, all of Edinburg, Yolanda (Clemente) Guerrero of Alton; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; four brothers, Agapito Cerda of San Luis Potosi, MX, Jose Cerda of Monterrey, MX, Miguel Peralta and Cresencio Peralta, both of Rio Bravo; and two sisters, Maria Peralta of Rio Bravo and Angelita Ruiz of Edinburg.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary today, September 19, 2016, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 2 p.m., Tuesday, September 20, 2016, at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in San Manuel. Interment will follow at El Rucio Cemetery in San Manuel.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
