FRANCISCO PINON
PHARR – Francisco Pinon, 82, died, Tuesday, November 24, 2015, at his residence in Pharr.
Born in San Juan, he had lived there most of his life.
Mr. Pinon is preceded in death by two children, Gregorio Pinon, Rosalinda Castillo; and six siblings, Manuel Pinon, Jose Pinon, Jr., Rigoberto Pinon, Idolina Alanis, Gregorio Pinon and Merced Pinon.
He is survived by his wife, Martha Pinon; seven children, Maria Rios, Gloria Ysquierdo, Imelda Pinon, Melissa Puga, Frankie Pinon, Adriana Rosas, Brisa M. Pinon; three step-children, Erika Escamilla, Marco A. Serna, Marte A. Serna; 24 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Ester P. Hernandez.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Thursday, November 26, 2015, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. Friday, November 27, 2015, at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Pharr. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
