Reyes Puente

REYES PUENTE SAN JUAN – Reyes Puente, 74, died Wednesday, November 21, 2012, at his residence in San Juan. Mr. Puente lived in San Juan all of his life. He is preceded in death by his parents Leandro and Clara Puente; Son, Roel Puente; sister, Leonila Mendoza; and granddaughter, Maritza Puente. Mr. Puente is survived by his wife, Rosenda Puente; six children, Estella (Samuel III) Suarez, of San Juan, David (Teri) Puente, of Mission, Adan (Eva) Puente, of Pharr, Melissa (Apolonio) Garcia, of San Juan, Roy (Amy) Puente, of San Juan and Debra Lynn Puente, of Dallas, Texas; 14 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; six brothers and two sisters. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary today, November 22, 2012, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, November 23, 2012, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish in San Juan. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
