RAMIRO PUENTES
PHARR - Ramiro Puentes, 66, died Saturday, March 20, 2021, at his residence in Pharr.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Francisco and Sara Puentes.
Mr. Puentes is survived by his wife, Abelina Puentes of Pharr; nine children, Esmeralda (Victor) Gonzalez or Pharr, Veronica (Raul) Cavazos, Rudy Puentes, both of Alamo, Leticia (Anselmo) Gonzalez of Edcouch, Fabian Gonzalez of Forth Worth, Rachel Mata of Pharr, Benito Mata, Jr. of Corpus Christi, Alexander (Sandra) Mata of San Juan, Omar (Sheuntae) Mata of Pharr; 18 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., with a 6 p.m. rosary Monday, March 22, 2021, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 23, 2021, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Guadalupe Cemetery in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
