Andres Quintanilla

ANDRES QUINTANILLA PHARR – Andres Quintanilla, 55, died Wednesday, November 12, 2014, at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen. Born in Mexico, he had lived in Pharr most of his life. He is preceded in death by his father, Servando Quintanilla. Mr. Quintanilla is survived by his wife, Sara Emilia Quintanilla of Pharr; four children, Alfonso, Andy, Melanie, and Adrian Quintanilla, all of Pharr; his mother, Estherfelia Quintanilla of McAllen; three brothers, Servando Quintanilla of McAllen, Rafael Quintanilla of Monterrey, Mexico, and Carlos Quintanilla of McAllen; and two grandchildren, Brandon and Alek Quintanilla. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Thursday, November 13, 2014, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. Friday, November 14, 2014, at St. Jude’s Catholic Church in Pharr. Cremation will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
