ALAMO- Rachel Oviedo, 61, died Sunday, April 6, 2025, at McAllen Medical Center.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Francisca Zepeda; and a sister, Rebeca N. Guerra.
Rachel is survived by her husband, Eduardo Oviedo; three siblings, Jose (Guadalupe) Zepeda, Diana Bell (Reynaldo) Boergne, and Alicia (Ramiro) Orozco.
Visitation will begin at 4:30 p.m., with a 6 p.m. rosary Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 10, 2025, at Resurrection Catholic Church in Alamo. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
