JESUS MARRON RAMIREZ EDINBURG - Jesus Marron Ramirez, 72, passed away Friday, January 31, 2014, at McAllen Medical Center. Mr. Marron had lived in Edinburg most of his life. He is preceded in death by a son, Juan Marron; parents, Jesus and Guadalupe Marron; a brother, Luis Marron. Jesus is survived by his wife, Jova Marron of Edinburg; seven children, Jorge Marron, Maria Guadalupe Marron Garza, of Edinburg, Jose Angel Acevedo of McAllen, Luis Marron of Edinburg, Sonia Marron (Jose) Acevedo of Mission, Angelica Marron (Rodolfo) Gonzalez of Alamo, Maritza Marron (Victor) Espinoza of Edinburg; 19 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a sister, Eulalia Marron of Mexico. Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. prayer service today, February 2, 2014, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Monday, February 3, 2014, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Edinburg. Cremation will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
