Ramiro Herrera Trevino

Ramiro Herrera Trevino, 72, entered eternal rest Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at his residence in San Juan.
Born in Valle Hermoso, Tamaulipas, Mr. Herrera had lived in San Juan most of his life and was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish. He was also the owner and operator of Trevino's Tire Service for 45 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Eustacio and Maria Herrera; and four siblings, Ricardo Herrera, Rodolfo Herrera, Rosario Hernandez, and Rodrigo Herrera.
Ramiro is survived by his wife, Consuelo Herrera; two children, Ramiro (Gloria) Herrera Jr., Lupita (Ramiro) Garza; three grandchildren, Ramiro Daniel Garza, Emma Grace Garza, Katherine Lizette Herrera; and three sisters, Rosa Galvan, Maria Luisa Santos, Beatriz Hurtado.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Thursday, August 24, 2023, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Friday, August 25, 2023, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish in San Juan. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
