REMIGIO “MICO” MANCIAS
PHARR- Remigio “Mico” Mancias, 86, died Thursday, February 29, 2024, at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg.
He is preceded in death by a daughter, Dalia Mancias Gallegos; his parents, Julian and Apolonia Mancias; seven siblings, Virginia Landa, Lupe Mancias, Adrian Mancias, Ramon Mancias, Lalo Mancias, Julio Mancias and Loli Leos.
Mr. Mancias is survived by his wife, Carlota Mancias; Six children, Norma Coss, Javier (Liliana) Mancias, Remigio (Jeannie) Mancias Jr., Mary (Joe) Gonzalez, Gracie (Luis Rodriguez) Mancias, Javier (Claudia) Garza; 20 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m., with a 6 p.m. Prayer Service Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral Service will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 7, 2024 at Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
