CONCEPCION RENDON
EDINBURG – Concepcion Rendon, 73, died Thursday, March 16, 2017, at Amara Hospice in Edinburg.
Born in McAllen, Mr. Rendon had lived in Edinburg most of his life. Concepcion loved dancing and fishing. He was very loved by his family and he would always have a smile on his face.
He is preceded in death by a great-grandchild; and his parents, Felipe Rendon and Maria Rendon.
Mr. Rendon is survived by his wife, Celia G. Rendon; seven children, Ricardo Rendon, Ramiro (Velma) Rendon, Rolando (Aida) Rendon, Rosalinda Rendon, Raul Rendon, Rafael (Maria) Rendon, all of Edinburg, Carolina Rendon of Garland; 19 grandchildren; four siblings, Felipe Rendon, Jr., Guadalupe Rendon, Elva Diaz, all of McAllen, Irma Garcia of Edinburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. with, a 7 p.m. rosary Sunday, March 19, 2017, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral Service will take place at 10 a.m. Monday, March 20, 2017, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
