JUAN A. RIOS

EDINBURG – Juan A. Rios 94, died Saturday, December 17, 2016, at Edinburg Regional Medical Center.
He was born in Dr. Coss, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and lived in Edinburg most of his life.

Juan is preceded in death by his wife, Maria Cristina Rios; his parents, Jose Maria Rios and Tomasa Alaniz; 12 siblings.

Mr. Rios is survived by eight children, Maria Imelda Hernandez, Joel (Elda) Rios, Sylvia (Omar) Ruiz, Leonel (Patty) Rios, Juan (Juliana) Rios, Odilia (Raul) Lozano, Faustina (Ernesto) Tijerina, Jose Luis Rios all of Edinburg; 17 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Monday, December 19, 2016, at Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Tuesday, December 20, 2016, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.

Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Edinburg.
