SAN JUAN – Rene Rios, Jr., 25, died Wednesday, March 21, 2012 in Pharr.
Born in Edinburg, Mr. Rios lived in San Juan all of his life.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Paulino Rios and his maternal grandmother, Ramona Ramos.
Mr. Rios is survived by his wife, Abigail A. Rios; a son, Jacob Rene Rios, both of Pharr; his parents, Rene, Sr. and Anna Rios; two sisters, Erika Rios, Lorena Rios; a nephew, Rolando I. Casas; paternal grandparents, Julian and Sofia Ramos, all of San Juan; maternal grandmother, Librada Rios, of Donna; numerous aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary today, March 25, 2012 at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish in San Juan, Monday, March 26, 2012. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
