EDINBURG - Amalio Rios Serna, 58, died Monday, August 22, 2016, at Edinburg Regional Medical Center.
He is preceded in death by his father, Amalio Rios Alanis; and a brother, Andres Rios.
Amalio is survived by his wife, Diamantina Rios; two sons, Victor (Lily) Rios and Amalio Rios, III; a daughter, Asusena Rios; a grandson, Victor Rios, II; his mother, Juana Rios; and seven siblings, Toribio, Luz, Benita, Jose Angel, Onofre, Guadalupe, Esmeralda.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Wednesday, August 24, 2016, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. Thursday, August 25, 2016, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
