UBALDO ROBLES, SR.
SAN JUAN – Ubaldo Robles, Sr., 87, died October 23, 2016, at San Juan Nursing Home.
Mr. Robles was born in San Juan and lived there all of his life. He was a veteran of the US Army, serving during the Korean War.
He is preceded in death by a daughter, Maria Christina Ochoa Robles; and his parents, Isidro and Esther Robles.
Ubaldo is survived by his wife, Belinda Robles of San Juan; three children, Ubaldo Robles, Jr., of McAllen, Roel Rene Robles of Donna, Rogelio Arturo (Rosie) Robles of San Juan; eight grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary today, October 25, 2016, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 26, 2016, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish in San Juan. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
Military honor will be conducted by VFW Post 8788 of McAllen.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
