Hermelinda Rodriguez Cantu, 95, passed away Saturday, December 3, 2022, surrounded by her loved ones, at her residence in Edinburg
She is preceded in death by her husband, Rogelio Cantu, Sr.
Mrs. Cantu is survived by her three children, Rogelio Cantu, Jr., Norma Irene Valdez, Ruben Cantu; 25 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; 25 great-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Victoria Rodriguez, Leonila Gaytan, Cipriana Mares; one brother, Alfonso Rodriguez; step-children, Gloria Garcia, Dora Alonzo, Ramiro Cantu.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. prayer service, Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. Thursday, December 8, 2022, at El Buen Pastor United Methodist Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
Funeral services are under Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
