JUAN "JOHNNY" RODRIGUEZ
PHARR- Juan "Johnny" Rodriguez, 53, died Thursday August 20, 2009 at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen.
Mr. Rodriguez was born in Pharr and had lived there all of his life. He was a member of Palm Valley Church in Mission.
Johnny is preceded in death by his father, Jose Gilberto Rodriguez.
Mr. Rodriguez is survived by his wife, Norma L. Rodriguez; three children, Melissa (Eleazar) Lopez, Juan Jose (Ana) Rodriguez and Carlos (Pilar) Rodriguez; four grandchildren, Jonathan, Jennifer, Aaliyah and Jacob; his mother, Delfina Rodriguez; two brothers, Jose Rodriguez and Jose G. Rodriguez; three sisters, Irma Gutierrez, Minerva Rodriguez and Hilda Mora.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 pm with a 7 p.m. prayer service, today, August 21, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 22, 2009 at Palm Valley Church in Mission. Cremation will take place at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
