Maria "Lile" Rodriguez

PHARR- Maria “Lile” Rodriguez, 86, went home to our Lord Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at San Juan Nursing Home.
Lile is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 66 yrs. who departed to heaven one year and a half ago. This Tuesday, Lile reunited with her love for eternity; together with their son, Rodrigo Rodriguez; two infant daughters, Elva and Rebecca Rodriguez; and one grandson, Ricky Lopez.
Mrs. Rodriguez is survived by seven children, Rosario Acosta of Pharr, Raquel Legler of Alamo, Rosalinda (Joaquin) Cantu of Kingsville, Rolando Rodriguez of Mercedes, Idalia (Joe) Barrera of San Juan, Graciela (Don) Yielding of Arlington, Gabriel (Maria) Rodriguez of Donna; 18 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Wednesday, June 21 2017, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 22, 2017, at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Pharr. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
