Josefina "Fina" Rojas

JOSEFINA "FINA" ROJAS RICHMOND/EDINBURG — Josefina "Fina" Rojas, 55, went home to be with our Lord, Saturday, October 24, 2015, at her residence in Edinburg. Josefina was born in San Juan and had lived in Richmond, TX most of her life. She returned to Edinburg to live her final days. Fina devoted her life to her husband and five children who she loved spending quality time with as well as her pets. Mrs. Rojas will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jose Herebia and Tomasa Vega. Fina is survived by her beloved husband of 30 years, Elias Rojas of Edinburg; five children, Elias Estevan Rojas of Harlingen, Sareena (Arturo) Vargas of San Antonio, Benjamin Ryan Rojas of Houston, Adam Nicolas Rojas, Peyton Elijah Rojas Lee, both of Edinburg; two grandchildren, Arturo Xavier Vargas and Ruben Angel Maldonado both of San Antonio. Visitation will be held from 4 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. prayer service today, October 27, 2015 at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 28, 2015, at Templo Sinai in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in Mission. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
