ARNOLDO P. SALINAS
McALLEN - Arnoldo P. Salinas, age 75, went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 17, 2009.
Born in McAllen, Mr. Salinas had lived in Edinburg most of his life and was currently living in McAllen. He was an oil field worker for 30 years and was then employed by Edinburg CISD for 17 years.
Mr. Salinas is survived by his wife, Guadalupe G. Salinas of McAllen; a son, Rolando (Teresa) Salinas of Sharyland; three daughters, Yolanda Carrillo of Sharyland; Leticia (Roy) Infante of McAllen, Anna Alicia (Orlando) Alaniz of Weslaco; ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a brother, Manuel Leonel Salinas of Garciasville; a niece and nephews.
A rosary was held Tuesday, August 18, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m., today, August 19, 2009 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in McAllen. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in McAllen.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
