CRISTOBAL SALINAS, JR
EDINBURG – Cristobal Salinas, Jr., 60, died Monday, March 21, 2011, at Brackenridge Hospital in Austin, Texas.
Born in Raymondville, Mr. Salinas was formerly of Edinburg and had lived in Austin for most of his life.
Mr. Salinas is survived by four children, Remijio Salinas, Christy (Joshua Hernandez) Arroyos, Amy Salinas, Christopher Salinas, all of Round Rock, Texas; three grandchildren, Christen Arroyos, Joshua Hernandez, Briana Hernandez; seven sisters and brothers, Norma Dominguez, of Corpus Christi, Texas, Noelia Carranza, Oscar Salinas, Israel Salinas, Janie Salinas, Manuel Salinas, all of Edinburg, Noe Salinas, of Mission.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 pm with a 7 pm prayer service, Friday, March 25, 2011 at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Cremation will take place at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
