EDINBURG - Elva P. Salinas, 70, passed away Saturday, February 5, 2022, at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg.
She is preceded in death by her father, Guadalupe Pena.
Mrs. Salinas is survived by her husband, Pablo Salinas; two children, Juan (Ingrid) Renteria, Roberto (Genecee) Renteria; four grandchildren, Rebeka Renteria, Nicole Renteria, Julian Renteria, Carina Renteria; mother, Manuela Pena; a sister, Rebecca Ybarra (Emiliano); three nieces, Rebecca Ybarra Leal, Marisela Escobedo, Araceli Flores; two grand-nieces, Rebecca Castro, Giovanna Leal; a grand-nephew, Dorian Leal; and a great-nephew, Marshall Martinez.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. prayer service, Thursday, February 10, 2022, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Friday, February 11, 2022, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Guadalupe Cemetery in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
