RODOLFO "ROY" SALINAS
PHARR- Rodolfo "Roy" Salinas, 76, died Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at Comfort House in McAllen.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Miguel and Teodora Salinas; a brother, David Salinas; and a sister, Teodora Escamilla.
Roy is survived by his wife, Maria Guadalupe Diaz of Pharr; seven children, Adrian (Magaly) Salinas, Omar (Myra) Salinas, both of La Blanca, Yvette Salinas of Edinburg, Dahlia (Wardell Hoskins) Salinas of Elsa, Abel (Sandra) Diaz of Rio Grande City, Indra (Lee) Cavazos of Donna, Mayree (Lorenzo) Moreno of Alamo; 18 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Evila Guerra of La Sara.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Friday, November 16, 2018, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 East Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 17, 2018, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Elsa. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
