Felicitas "Fela" Salmeron

FELICITAS "FELA" SALMERON EDINBURG - Felicitas "Fela" Salmeron, 67, died Monday, January 19, 2015, at McAllen Medical Center. Born in South Bend, Indiana, Mrs. Salmeron had lived in Edinburg most of her life. She is preceded in death by a son, Armando Salmeron. Fela is survived by her husband, Juan Salmeron of Edinburg; three sons, Juan Manuel (Lilly) Salmeron of Mission, Eduardo Salmeron, Guillermo (Fanny) Salmeron, both of Edinburg; a daughter, Marisa (Juan) Gomez of Edinburg; 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Petra Williams. A prayer service was held Tuesday, January 20, 2015, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. today, January 21, 2015, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
