Monette San Miguel

Monette San Miguel, 47, passed away on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, peacefully in her sleep at home.
Monette leaves a legacy behind that she can truly be proud of. To her husband, she was the rock in his corner and the foundation of her family. She is a proud military spouse, dedicated Child Development Center caregiver, and supportive mother with a big heart and endless devotion to her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her father, Gustavo De La Viña.
Mrs. Monette is survived by her husband and best friend, Fidel San Miguel; two beautiful children, Anthony Michael San Miguel, Victoria D'Nora San Miguel; her mother, Yolanda De La Viña; three siblings, Gustavo De La Viña, Dina De La Viña Ortiz, twin sister, Monica De La Viña Rodriguez; and her aunt, Soledad Guzman.
Visitation will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, August 20, 2021, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Cremation will take place at Memorial Cremation Center in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
