JUAN F. SANCHEZ SAN JUAN – Juan F. Sanchez, 51, died Wednesday, December 31, 2014, at McAllen Medical Center. Born in Hargill, TX, he had lived in San Juan most of his life and was a dedicated plumber pipefitter for Local 823 for 28 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, Severiano Sanchez and Tomasa Martinez Sanchez. Mr. Sanchez is survived by his wife of 29 years, Olivia Sanchez of San Juan; four daughters, Christina Sanchez, Lilian (Richard Barrera) Sanchez, Jennifer Sanchez, Olivette Sanchez; two grandchildren, Aiden Rosalez and Austin Rosalez; and two brothers, Danny Sanchez and Abel Loera. Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. with, a 7 p.m. prayer service today January 2, 2015, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 9 a.m. Saturday, January 3, 2015, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
