RAMIRO DELGADO SANCHEZ PHARR – Ramiro Delgado Sanchez, 79, died Wednesday, March 19, 2014, at McAllen Medical Center. He had lived in Pharr for 42 years and was a member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus and belonged to the organization of Lions Club in Pharr. Mr. Sanchez is survived by his wife Elvira Sanchez; a son Noe (Vaneza) Sanchez of McAllen; a daughter Nelda (Wade) Konvalin of Prosper, TX.; three grandchildren, Jenna, Ross, Erin Konvalin all of Prosper, TX.; and a sister, Janie (Ernie) Cunningham of Corpus Christi, TX. Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary today, March 23, 2014 at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. Monday, March 24, 2014, at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Pharr. Interment will follow at Alice Cemetery in Alice, TX. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
