Eva B. Sandoval

EVA B. SANDOVAL SAN JUAN – Eva B. Sandoval, 86, died Thursday, July 9, 2015, at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen. Born in Fronton, Texas, she had lived in San Juan most of her life. She is preceded in death by her husband, Cesar Sandoval; four children, Lidia Lopez, Argumedo Sandoval, Erasmo Sandoval, Benjamin Sandoval; and a granddaughter, Yannette Sandoval. Eva is survived by nine children, Carolina Sandoval, Daniel (Terri) Sandoval, Demetrio (Oralia) Sandoval, Gerardo (Mary) Sandoval, all of Olton, TX, David (Marta) Sandoval of Donna, Orfelinda Sandoval, Priscilla (Benjamin) Garcia, Enrique Sandoval, all of San Juan, Patricia (Joe) Rodriguez of Edinburg, a son-in-law, Margarito Lopez of Haskell, TX; 27 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Fernando Barrera of Los Saenz, TX. Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Friday, July 10, 2015, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 11, 2015, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish in San Juan. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
