Gloria P. Sauceda

GLORIA P. SAUCEDA PHARR – Gloria P. Sauceda, 70, died Monday, June 9, 2014, at her residence in Pharr. Born in Pharr, she had lived there all of her life. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ramon Sauceda. Mrs. Sauceda is survived by her three children, Rudy (Norma) Sauceda of McAllen, Melissa Cantu of Pharr, and Rolando (Rosalinda) Sauceda of Texas City, TX; four grandchildren, Deborah Sauceda, Rene Cantu, Jr. Roel Cantu, and Clarissa Sauceda; two great-grandchildren, Vanessa Zaya and Skyla Cantu; six siblings, Maria N. Puentes, Maria P. Cantu, Ramiro Puentes, Juan Puentes, Sr. all of Pharr, Francisco Puentes of San Juan, and Alicia Salinas of Pearland, TX; and a half-sister, Guadalupe Trevino, of Lansing, IL. Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a rosary at 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 10, 2014, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 3 p.m. today, June 11, 2014, at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Pharr. Entombment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
