ALAMO – Gerard “Jerry” Seidel, 70, went to be with the Lord, Friday, June 3, 2016, at McAllen Heart Hospital.
Born in New York, he had lived in Alamo most of his life.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Anna Seidel.
Mr. Seidel is survived by his wife Wanda Seidel of Alamo; a daughter, Monica Seidel of Alamo; five siblings, Gloria (+Vince) Chamberlain of Houston, Leo (Evelyn) Seidel of Oregon, Joann (Edward) Hilton of Alamo, Darlene Sue Rincones of McAllen, Debra (Bernie) Villescas of San Juan; two nephews, James Rincones of McAllen and Dr. Bernie Villescas, Jr., of San Juan; and a niece Melissa Lamantia of Dallas.
Visitation will be held from 12 to 2 p.m., with a memorial service at 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 7, 2016, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
