ELOISA SERRANO
ALAMO – Eloisa Serrano, 60, died Friday, April 7, 2017, at Doctor’s Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg.
Born in Valle Hermoso, Tamaulipas, Mexico, she had lived in Alamo most of her life.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Carmen Nava; and a brother-in-law, Alfredo Serrano.
Mrs. Serrano is survived by her husband, Miguel Serrano of Alamo; four children, Erica (Armando Cepeda) Serrrano, Yaida (Ismael) Diego, both of Dallas, Araceli (Rudy) Guzman of Mission, Omar (Nereida) Serrano of Alamo; six grandchildren, Alex, Arianna, Ethan, Mark-Antony, Alia, and Joaquin; seven siblings, Lorenza Moran of Harlingen, Paula Vasquez of Alamo, Maria Nava of San Juan, Salomon Nava of Laredo, Manuel Nava of Valle Hermoso, Tamaulipas, Mexico, Porfirio Nava of Houston, and Thelma Nava of San Juan.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service Sunday, April 9, 2017, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Monday, April 10, 2017, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
